We photograph what we find and go through it with you, then sort it into three groups: what needs attention now, what can wait a season, and what is fine as it is.
When replacement is the right answer, we say so and show you why. When a repair will give you good years, we recommend the repair. Either way, the work is done under our Oklahoma CIB roofing license and backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty, so our responsibility for the roof continues well after the last shingle is nailed down.
